Dear all,
we started a new phase for leave-one-out processing. Our goal is to evaluate the recall of our algorithm w.r.t. different parameters. We removed from the starting local gene network one gene at time in order to see if we are able to find it.

I also have workunits invalid, we have checked and the results in the server really differ. We believe that they are just cpu errors, but let's see at the end of this bunch how many they are and if we need to investigate.

We have scheduled more than 10000 (ten thousands! :) ) workunits for a second phase of parameters tuning.
We are trying different parameters' values, hence the time estimation could be not always correct.
As usual use the forum if there are any problems.

We started a new test phase where we are tuning the application parameters. We are currently expanding a flowering process of the Arabidopsis thaliana.

We have had problems on the file names in the download directory, we are fixing it right now. We will abort all the current wus and restart them with the correct file names. Thank you all!!

If we have some edge inserted or deleted, it could be a problem of the erf function. Please check if the problem is on newlines or on edges. In the second case,could someone take these invalid wu from the server (with input and output) and give us the files so that we can run on our machine and test?

It is not possible that I have to download 4-5 files of observation (about 300Mb)for performing only 10 working units. My internet connection became unusable for hours! Would it be possible to have more working unit on the same data and to have the input compressed?

Run times of my test on a tile of 20 rows:
I run the same case three times, time is measured with unix command "time":
32 bit: 3.55min 3.55min 3.54min
64 bit: 3.12min 3.12min 3.12min
Diff on output files does not return any row, so result is the same.
64 bit version shows a nice gain in performance :)

Server group said that sometimes BOINC give 32 bit application also in 64 bit machines. After some time it gives the 64 bits version. I have the 64 bits version and in my case Boinc is running correctly.
