We (and especially you) generated two collections of Vitis expansion lists from two versions of the Vespucci transcriptomic dataset. We are now comparing these two collections.
To correctly interpret the impact of the increased number of experiments in the second Vespucci release, it is crucial to understand how different data normalization approaches affect the results. For this reason, we have built two new datasets, called tpm and legacy. These contain exactly the same experiments, normalized in the two ways mirroring the two Vespucci releases.
We kindly ask for your support in running some expansions and comparing the outputs.
Many thanks for your collaboration!
