Hello to everyone.
We are a group of student from Laboratory of Data Mining at the University of Trento and we are trying investigate the relationship between COVID-19 and H1N1 exploiting comparison of protein-interaction networks.
For this reason we are expanding Human DEG genes involved in H1N1 infections.

Some of the needed genes/isoforms were already expanded in the past. The new ones, related to this project, have the workunit name starting from 175673_Hs to 175921_Hs.

I don't know, but the latest paper appears to have been at least partially based on the results of two of these student projects, so we can be assured it's good science.

Forgot to add "it's good science so it doesn't matter much to me if they crunch or not" :)
