The CLI executable you used is the official one or the result of your compilation?

The latter. I'll switch to official binaries for a while.

Running from CLI, like:

./gene_pcim_v1.10 318695_Mm_1713452965255_wu-6_tile.txt.bz2 out_file 0.05 1 13 2

Works. Could be a BOINC issue?
