Hello, we are a group of researchers from the Laboratory of translational architectomics, working on mechanisms at the basis of protein synthesis in neurodegenerative diseases.

We are working on a project which aims at identifying correlation between genes at the transcriptomic and translational levels. To do so, we need to perform mouse gene network expansion with RNA-Seq data and ribosome profiling (RiboSeq) from control samples of multiple tissues.

Can you increase workunit generation?

I think all the work has been distributed already.

Initial announcement stated

"There will be a total of about 140k workunits (2x tasks), each one relatively fast, distributed in batches."

Looks like a new batch of work is available now. M. musculus 'OneGenE' (RIBOSEQ dataset)
Same amount of genes as the first.

Yes. I just started with the second (and last, for now) dataset, please look at the "Science status" page (from the main menu) if you want to know how things are going on.

Where are results?

The results, as usual, will be available to the scientific community only after a necessary validation phase, discussions, etc., usually at the same time of a publication... (it will take some time, usually months)

Hello, again! We are still processing results from the previous expansion.. :) In the meanwhile, new sets are going to be expanded, also from data obtained in the disease condition, to compare gene network expansion on the transcriptome and on the translatome in the disease context.
