Hi all!
Planning to deploy a Linux cluster on TN-Grid, BOINC, and other projects, the equivalent of a super-computer!

Stay tuned ! About 4000 cores coming soon ;)

What do you crunch on? Which hardware and which projects?

Dual Xeon E5 2680 v4 ("Broadwell") and Dual Xeon Platinum 8176 ("Skylake"). Lots of them.
(I'm getting those on the cheap...)

Very good. Don't use the latest BOINC (7.18.1) from ppa:costamagnagianfranco/boinc though. It has caused me problems on two projects thus far.

I use the current version on Ubuntu Software (7.16.6), and also the next one (7.16.17) from the above repository, which work OK.

That's great! I am using Kubuntu 21.10 and the default repository BOINC version (7.16.17) works fine!
