Hello, we are a group of students attending the "Laboratory of Biological Data Mining" course at the University of Trento.
We are working on a project aiming to identify correlation between genes and features of colorectal cancer. To do so, we need to perform human gene network expansion with a TCGA colorectal cancer dataset in the next few days.

PC-IM is the algorithm we use for analyzing gene expression datasets of various organisms, and of different origin. The same algorithm/application can be used for various purposes, so no new category.
