I just rebooted my Ubuntu machine, and saw this error message in the log. But everything seems to be running OK (TN-Grid is the only project on this machine).

Probably boinc was not able to shut down nicely, see here https://boinc.mundayweb.com/wiki/index.php?title=No_project_URL_in_task_state_file, this should be harmless.
