My two boxes, both Linux, got 13 hs-test WUs, and all 13 had validation problems. Linux machines and Windows machines running the same WUs as each other validate, so it looks like a Windows/Linux disagreement.

BTW, looking at the output files of this workunit http://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/workunit.php?wuid=14820826 they are indeed different. The problem seems to be a weird one, another workunit, this http://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/workunit.php?wuid=14789210 has been validated (even if the hosts are running different operating systems). We also weren't able to find any error like this on other organisms (Vv, Pa). It seems that the problem is the combination of Hs and AVX application....
but in this case http://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/workunit.php?wuid=14789262 the situation is different...... grrrr...
